Who We Are
We are Core Specialty Services, a family-owned equipment service provider specializing in repair and maintenance of all types of equipment relating to chiropractic care. Located in northern Virginia, we offer on-site and in-house service on chiropractic equipment such as chiropractic tables. We also offer mail-in equipment repair on units such as Activators, Impulse adjusting instruments, Integrator® adjusting instruments, electronic stimulation machines, therapeutic ultrasounds, hydrocollators, traction control units, and more!
Our On-Site Service Area
Core Specialty Services offers on-site service of chiropractic tables, Our regular service area includes Washington, DC, Maryland, central and northern Virginia, Delaware, central and southern Pennsylvania as well as central and northern West Virginia.
Mail-In Equipment Repair Service
Core Specialty Services constantly receives equipment in by mail that needs to be repaired. It is very common for us to receive instruments such as Activators, Impulse adjusting instruments, Integrator® adjusting instruments and more from all over the world!
